You may know the ones I mean: sugar cookies, with frosting and colored sugar on top - so that you are essentially eating sugar and butter.
That 22 pounds lost is not going to stay up at the top of my blog after my weigh-in on Wednesday, I predict. 22 lbs, it was great to know you, my new most pounds lost. I'll see you again soon.

Those cookies are the devil. Why do they taste so stinking good? They should taste like dog food. That way, my hips wouldn't keep asking for more! But you know the truth! So those 22 lbs will stay gone. Good luck!
