Tuesday Quilt Block March 31

The fabric Barbara Brackman featured last week was purples.  This is the eleventh week of this series.  Below are the two that I made.  I'm having fun looking over my stash for the focus fabrics and shirting fabrics for the background.

I am linking up with Connie at Freemotion by the River and Quilt Story as I do most weeks I have blocks to share. Both blog hops have pictures of pretty quilt blocks and other projects. I am also joining Work in Progress Wednesday - some colorful and interesting projects there!

I have a page on Facebook: keep up with my infrequent quilt posts at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Viridian61/347674418583948?ref=hl

Very pretty stars! So far I've resisted joining the sew along, but it's getting harder as I see more stars posted around blog-land!

You are really coming along with all these stars. I adore Barbara. She's quite the quilt history buff, and very informative.

Love your purple blocks - the linear patterns in some of the prints add interest and movement to the blocks in an understated but effective way.
