Tuesday Quilt block Oct. 23

I can't believe how quickly October is slipping away!!! It's Tuesday, so time for another quilt block.  I was able to get into my studio (honestly, it's just a corner of our finished basement) and make some more Jane Stickle blocks.

A very classic star pattern.  Once again I have modified the pattern to avoid set in seams (also known as Y seams). Note the squares at the corners, now turned into two triangles!  I paper pieced 8 triangle sections, then sewed them together.  Little by little, I am getting this project done.
