Today I have a project in progress: a set of classic blocks in the Hole in the barn door pattern, also known as Monkey wrench or Shoo fly. I really must get these together so that I can take them off the floor. However I am very busy at my day job - and the work bleeds into my evening and weekend hours.
Fabrics are reproductions of late 1800's to early 1900's blues, claret, red, and double pinks. Backgrounds are various shirting prints for a scrappy look.
I am linking up with Connie at Freemotion by the River and Quilt Story as I do most weeks I have blocks to share. Both blog hops have pictures of pretty quilt blocks and other projects. I am also joining Work in Progress Wednesday - some colorful and interesting projects there!
I have a page on Facebook: keep up with my infrequent quilt posts at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Viridian61/347674418583948?ref=hl
