Rednesday quilt block

I was able to get into my quilting room this weekend, and ignore the children.  And here is the red quilt block of the week.
(A bit over-exposed)  This block from the Jane Stickle quilt is called Harvest Moon.  This is block 155 out of 169 so I am making progress.  And a few more triangles too.... and 3 of the 4 corner blocks....

    I have seen and own a lot of quilts, but never saw this pattern. Love it.

    I'm a fan of patchwork quilts. This is a fun design that is new to me. Love the red and white combo. Hope you'll share the finished quilt. Looks like you are getting close. ~ Sarah

    That's such a striking pattern! Sounds like you are almost done. 169 blocks. WOW, that's alot of work!
