weight loss journey continues...

I was at a professional conference last week, which as you can figure out, entails eating out.  So I gained some weight back.  Back on the treadmill we go.  I will lose these few pounds again.

    As long as you don't give up, that's all that's important! You go girl. 18lbs is nothing to sneeze at.
