Good day and welcome to my blog.
I saw a quilt finish on the Colorful Fabricolic's page. I emailed her about it and she was kind enough to send an image of her notes, and that her source was a quilt with this pattern on Pinterest.
Well at quilt guild the next week, we were sharing books of quilt patterns, and I saw this pattern in this book by Kin Brackett!
So no notes here on sizes, units, etc. Get the book, and support our quilt designers/authors.
The pattern is called 3 patch, and is shown in the book here:

Oh my this is a great pattern. Well done!
That’s so cool thanks for sharing!
Great match! And an all-around great scrappy design. I have several of Kim Brackett's books but I don't think I have that one.....
It's a beauty and what a great scrap buster.
What size squares did you use?
Swooze: I used a different size than in the published pattern. See the Brackett book for details.
I'll add my own "well done!" to that excellent join!
That's a great scrappy quilt, too!
What a great scrap quilt!!! I've checked that book out of the library and it is a good one. Perfect match on the backing, too!!!
Your version turned out lovely. I'm so glad you found the pattern source to give credit where it's due. Great job on the pattern match.
I love it when inspiration strikes and everything lines up for you to make it happen!! this is a beauty!
